Right click the .zip file you download and select “Extract Folder.”

Double click the Ableton file titled “LESSON 1.B – FOUNDATIONS.als” to begin.

Download this file and Right Click it then click “Extract Here” then open the file called  to open the project and follow along.

If you don’t have Reaktor 6 Player and the bass synth TRK-01 by Native Instruments installed, you can download them free here:
